RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
You have 60 days from the delivery date to return your order. Free return labels are only available for US customers.
6 STEPS TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:
- Enter your order number (e.g. #KI) and email address.
- Select the item you wish to return.
- Choose a reason for the return.
- Pick your preferred resolution:
- Store Credit (valid for 6 months)
- Original Payment Method
- Print the return label from your email (US customers only).
- Prepare your return package:
- Include the original packing slip.
- The item must be unused and undamaged, in its original packaging.
- If your item arrived damaged, please contact us first with photos before sending anything back.

We advise that you send your return tracked and contact us with the tracking number once dispatched.
AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN:
- Store Credit: Sent by email with a code, valid for 6 months.
- Refund: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that because every KIYOMA object is a unique piece of natural stone, exchanges for a different piece cannot be guaranteed. If you would like a different piece, please request a refund and place a new order separately.
